It serves Alibaba Group's business needs and empowers millions of global enterprise customers to successfully transform digitally.To better ensure the stability of Alibaba Cloud's Cloud Networking, we require professional network operations engineers to timely respond to online issues and drive the standardization of Alibaba Cloud's network operations, ensuring stable operation of Alibaba Cloud customers' businesses. Specific responsibilities include:1: Responsible for the stability and reliability of cloud networking, ensuring business continuity for users.2: Design, implement, and maintain automated operations systems for cloud networking, improving operational efficiency and quality.3: Handle monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting for cloud networking, responding promptly to and resolving issues.4: Participate in the architecture design and optimization of cloud networking, enhancing system performance and scalability.5: Track the latest advancements and trends in cloud networking operations and stability, driving technological innovation and improvements.6: This position involves duty-related responsibilities, requiring timely response to customer issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes, resolving customer problems, and improving customer experience.Qualification:1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer-related field. With 3+ years of experience in cloud computing or network operations, familiar with cloud infrastructure and network technologies.2.Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang, capable of writing efficient and scalable scripts and tools.3. Proficient in Linux systems, familiar with common commands, network protocols, and system performance optimization.4. Familiar with cloud platforms such as AliCloud, AWS, Azure, with a deeper understanding of cloud network products, cluster management, and automated deployment.5. Possesses knowledge of databases such as MySQL and Redis, able to quickly locate and resolve database-related issues.6. Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving issues in production environments.7. Strong team collaboration skills, able to work closely with development, testing, and other team members to ensure system stability and reliability.8. Effective communication skills and the ability to write clear documentation, capable of articulating ideas and perspectives clearly, and producing clear, understandable technical documentation.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $114,000 and $187,000/year.
