As the country’s largest independent Salesforce Marketing Cloud partner, backed by Salesforce Ventures, ListEngage is excited to identify and add the right technical professional to support our accelerated growth.About the Role:The Enterprise Project Manager actively facilitates client engagements, manages client deliverables to completion, and supports client success in assigned engagements. This role involves initiating, planning, implementing, and managing projects as part of larger ongoing engagements to maximize the value of Salesforce investments. The Enterprise PM ensures client satisfaction by overseeing all phases of the engagement, meeting deadlines, standards, and budget targets. This position is the primary contact for clients and a key member of the Services Delivery team.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for the day-to-day execution of clients' marketing strategies.Drive client value by ensuring the completion of deliverables, optimizing plans, and effectively aligning resources.Serve as the primary client contact, developing trust through proactive communication.Manage the transition from sales/implementation to ongoing delivery, collaborating with internal teams to understand client expectations.Create and manage project plans supporting larger engagements, keeping the team on track for milestone delivery.Highlight key successes weekly to demonstrate value in the client relationship.Participate in regular status update meetings and other necessary meetings.Ensure overall client success on project deliverables, optimizing plans and resources for maximum municate project updates, risks, scope changes, schedules, and costs to clients transparently.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required.7+ years of experience managing client engagements or implementations across enterprise clients, with experience servicing the Salesforce platform.Proven leadership in projects, with strong communication, persuasion, and influence skills with technical and production teams.Ability to work during normal US business hours.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Experience working with customers and solutions engineering teams to deliver platform solutions.Highly organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-changing environment.Ability to understand technical solutions, concepts, and data-driven marketing.If you're interested, we want to hear from you!
