Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerWe are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior SAP Analytics Cloud Specialist to lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of financial planning in tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).As a Sr Staff IT Software Engineer you will be deeply involved in architectural discussions and decision-making processes, ensuring our solutions are not only innovative but also resilient and scalable. Your passion for continuous learning and collaboration will be essential as you work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced addition, you will be delivering finance initiatives delivering high business value and in the process foster great partnerships. By partnering with key stakeholders across the finance and other cross functional organizations, applying leading practices, help transform the finance business function to adopt new technologies and drive to be the best in class.Your ImpactLead the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAC applicationDeliver exceptional code with meticulous attention to detailTake a lead role in solution design, working closely with architects to create innovative, scalable architecturesMentor, coach, and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learningInfluence and guide the engineering team in adopting best practices and new technologiesDesign best in class solution to support analytical/reporting activities utilizing SACCollaborate with the cross-functional team to develop integrated SAC solution to support business processes, executing project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistencyMeasure success- Measure everything: A feature release does not indicate success- Define what success means for each feature and each function before it even goes to development- Develop ways to constantly define and monitor successCollaborate across teams - We win or lose as a team- Play a critical role in creating alignment across the cross-functional Leadership teamEnjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, by creating products that will make a profound impact on the userQualificationsYour ExperienceMust have strong 8+ years experience in developing SAC products from concept to launch (SAP Analytical/Reporting work streams)Must be experienced with SAC as a planning tool, creating planning data models and working with categories actual, budget, planning, forecast, rolling forecastStrong finance and cross functional business process, focussed on FP&ATraining experience to business users accelerating the tool adoptionSuccessful track record of defining business cases for product roadmapAbility to interact and influence variety of users including process stakeholders, drive adoption of SAC tool across the organizationHighly data-driven with a commitment to drive business outcome and value realizationExperience in Agile principles - Focus on the business need, Deliver on time, Never compromise quality, Build incrementally from firm foundations, Develop iteratively, Communicate continuously and clearlyExperience working with SOX systems and other regulatory and compliance frameworksStrong Expertise in JavaScriptExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMinimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience requiredOnsite HQ role, must be local in SF Bay area to be onsiteAdditional InformationThe TeamWorking at a high-tech cybersecurity company in Information Technology is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $145000 - $235500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
