We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to build elegant and intuitive user interfaces for our applications. This person will contribute to our Web Portals that support internal and external users as they work to safely transport students.The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality, innovative, and user-friendly products and can iterate rapidly. You’ll own and build core capabilities for the product and drive its evolution.Salary & LocationSalary Range: $140,000 - $155,000/year, based on experience + bonus potentialLocation: Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement frontend solutionsDesign scalable, modular, and maintainable frontend architecturesEnsure code quality through design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern development practicesFeature development & optimizationTake ownership of features from concept to release, aligned with business goalsLead implementation of complex features using React and TypeScriptOptimize performance for high-traffic, data-intensive applicationsOwnership & delivery: deliver value quickly and iteratively without compromising qualityBalance technical excellence with pragmatic decision-making to meet timelinesTesting & QA: design code for testability; enable unit, integration, and end-to-end testingAdvocate for patterns and practices that result in maintainable codebasesCollaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managersMentor junior engineers and contribute to team skill developmentProcess & standards: define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and CI/CD processes; conduct code reviewsQualifications5+ years of professional frontend development experienceExpert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React (including hooks, context API, and state management libraries like Redux or Recoil)Experience implementing Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns and integrating with backend APIsProven track record designing frontend solutions for scalable applicationsStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patternsSolid understanding of web performance optimization techniquesExperience with modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principlesAbility to work across environments and teamsBA/BS in Computer Science or related field (preferred)Benefits & DiversityEverDriven is committed to ESG principles and to a diverse, inclusive culture that supports our mission to help every child learn, grow, and succeed.Equal OpportunityEverDriven is an equal opportunity employer.
