Responsibilities Requirements collection and analysis: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable system designs and implementations. Project delivery: Lead end-to-end software delivery, from blueprint design and scope definition to budgeting, development, testing, and client training, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process. Project management: Manage client expectations, drive satisfaction, and resolve issues quickly by partnering with R&D and technical teams, while ensuring clear and consistent communication. Team empowerment: Share expertise across departments, providing guidance and training to both internal teams and clients to ensure successful system adoption and utilization. Product enhancement: Monitor industry trends, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with R&D teams to enhance product capabilities and continuously improve solutions. Qualifications Has an intimate understanding of the customers needs, including the primary KPI for customer success and ensures software is designed to achieve. Experience in the warehouse automation field preferred Skilled in designing and implementing software solutions that support robust reporting, dashboarding, and data availability. Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred fields: Automation, Information Technology, or Logistics). 1+ years of experience in overseas software delivery, with strong capabilities in requirement analysis and warehouse management systems. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both clients and internal teams. Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to independently manage and resolve complex issues. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure. Willingness to travel for business (approximately 10–20%).
