We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.Location: Anywhere in Country. EY is focused on building a better working world by shaping your future with confidence and leveraging a diverse, global team.ResponsibilitiesInteract with business stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate business models and processes.Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.Act as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) for SAP Manufacturing during project implementations; facilitate design workshops, gather requirements, and recommend tailored S/4 HANA best practices.Guide the implementation of SAP PP solutions within client ecosystems; ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Demonstrate in-depth functional capabilities of SAP Production Planning (PP) and related modules with strong business acumen.Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication.Build and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree.Typically 2 - 4 years of related work experience in a functional capacity with exposure to the SAP Production Planning (PP) module.Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA in the SAP manufacturing domain.Experience with configuration, master data, and end-to-end understanding of the SAP PP module.Strong technical skills in application functional design and capability to define, analyze, and map business requirements.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills; experience delivering documents such as business process design and functional specifications.Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.Ideally, you’ll also havePrior consulting experience or deep functional experience in manufacturing.Experience with SAP external integrations to MES, MII, ME, DMC, etc.SAP certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management (QM) or related modules in production execution.Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of SAP PP or QM.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What We Look ForWe seek proactive, innovative individuals with strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a passion for technology and its impact on business.What We OfferComprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges typical for the role; details vary by geography.
