Our employees are not only part of history, they’re making history.What You’ll Get To DoPlan and execute requirements management for a major Segment of an extremely complex System across the program lifecycle, including major program milestones / reviews (e.g., SRR, SFR, SDR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR, peer reviews, Pre-test reviews, Post Test Reviews, Pre-Ship reviews, Etc.)Collaborate with engineers responsible for System level requirements management, ensuring Segment technical baseline satisfies allocated requirementsSupport management of risk and opportunity and the production of core requirements-related engineering work productsThis position will serve on-site in the greater Baltimore, MD area OR Redondo Beach, CA.This position is contingent upon acquiring and maintaining the necessary US Government security clearance per customers’ requirements.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience with Master’s degree, 0 years with PhDDemonstrated experience or managing requirements of large-scale systemsRequirements development from decomposition and allocation, to verificationDemonstrated experience with Systems Development Lifecycle with a focus on SRR to CDRExperience in systems development, integration, and/or testExperience managing requirements within an iterative and agile environmentThis position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizenCurrent active DoD TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraphPreferred QualificationsCurrent active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph clearanceRisk and Opportunity Management experienceExperience developing engineering content for major systems engineering reviews (e.g. SRR, SFR, SDR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR)Understanding of DoD systems engineering requirementsAbility to manage a large database of requirements across systems, subsystems, and lower-level componentsMulti-Disciplinary Engineering exposure (Software, Hardware, Electrical) and strong ability to communicate cross functionallyExperience with MBSE and Requirements management tools, such as Cameo and DOORSFamiliarity with Project & Task Management tools: Jira or ConfluenceFamiliarity with data visualization tools: TableauFamiliarity with Command and Control or SCADA software systems is beneficialPrimary Level Salary Range: $110,300.00 - $165,500.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
