OverviewIndustrial Security Specialist, Mid role at Booz Allen Hamilton International (U.K.) Ltd.Key RoleMaintain responsibility for conducting daily security functions to ensure the protection of company and government assets in accordance with contract policy and regulations. Provide technical security support to personnel in the areas of base threat analysis, information systems security, communications security (COMSEC) support, and security risk assessment support. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Observe and document all movements of classified assets pertaining to operational FMS equipment. See below for additional locations.Basic QualificationsExperience with industrial securityExperience working in remote locationsKnowledge of COMSEC handling procedures, including proper transportation, security, and managementAbility to conduct inventory of equipment, armaments, and technical dataAbility to track trend data, draft reports, and produce incident reports if violations occurAbility to travel up to 90% of the time to austere locations in South AsiaSecret clearanceHS diploma or GEDAdditional QualificationsExperience working with a team of contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors in a contractual environment, including quality control measures and safety standardsExperience with the integration of multicultural environments and regulations through teamwork and social interactionsExperience providing day-to-day security and security analysisExperience providing physical security support services to assess and apply the concepts and principles of physical security to protect DoD assets, including assessment of government and contractor facilities for compliance and identification of vulnerabilities and the application of a broad range of active and passive mitigation measures to achieve security-in-depth using DoD and USAF guidance and directivesExperience maintaining physical security inspection checklists in accordance with DoD requirementsKnowledge of NISPOM, DoD, and USAF security standardsAbility to manage physical security data to ensure accuracy and currency, including facility security status, vulnerabilities and accreditations, and security container informationAbility to proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracyAbility to conduct administration, monitoring, and management of metrics for secure facility access and maintain databases and all required personnel security documentation, including access rosters and security filesAssociate’s degreeClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is pensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
