This role will focus primarily on coaching 3 newly formed Agile teams, helping them develop core Scrum practices, improve collaboration, and deliver incremental value. The coach will also support select leadership stakeholders to build understanding of Agile principles and team needs.Key Responsibilities:Embed with Agile teams to provide day-to-day coaching on Scrum ceremonies, roles, and responsibilitiesGuide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members in Agile best practicesHelp teams identify and resolve Agile anti-patterns and delivery bottlenecksFacilitate training sessions and team workshops (stand-ups, retros, backlog refinement, etc.)Coach teams on effective Jira usage for sprint tracking and metricsCollaborate with leadership to support Agile mindset shift and identify systemic blockersPromote continuous improvement, psychological safety, and iterative deliveryQualifications:5+ years of Agile experience, including 2+ years as an Agile CoachProven experience coaching Scrum teams through early adoptionStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models)Experience using Jira to coach and optimize team workflowStrong facilitation, communication, and coaching skillsComfortable navigating a hybrid work environmentPreferred:Scrum Master or Agile Coaching certifications (e.g., CSM, ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist)Experience supporting both team-level and leadership coaching in early Agile transformationsHealth, Dental, Vision, 401K if located in GA or CAABOUT ESG CONSULTING:ESG Consulting is an award-winning national provider of diversified information technology consulting services to Fortune 1000, public sector entities, and emerging growth firms nationwide.Founded in 1986, ESG offers more than 29 years of experience in the IT staffing, Engineering and consulting industry.
