As the first DevOps hire, you’ll take full ownership of the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD strategy powering real-time AI and finance tools used by SMBs across the country. This role is onsite in the Back Bay area and offers a $170,000–$200,000 base salary, depending on experience.This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the DevOps foundation at a high-impact startup that's redefining how businesses access capital. You’ll work directly with engineering and product leadership to design secure, scalable infrastructure, automate deployments, and drive observability across systems.
