You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions.ResponsibilitiesWork with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenariosUnderstand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the businessDeliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standardsEffectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partnersIdentify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business resultsContinually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilitiesBuild and maintain thorough documentation for system implementationPrimary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspectiveProvide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issuesBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 4 years experience in platform engineering on HR platforms (Workday, Peoplesoft, or Successfactors)At least 2 years of experience designing and developing integration solutionsAt least 2 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAPQualificationsBachelor's Degree5+ years of experience working with Workday Human Resources modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Talent and Performance Management3+ years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Custom Reports or RaaS solutions3+ years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAPWorkday Integration Developer certifications1+ years designing and developing solutions using Workday Extend1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure or another cloud service2+ years of experience in Agile practicesAdditionally: Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position (i.e. H1B, OPT, STEM opt, etc.).Compensation & LocationThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated.
