OverviewSoftware Engineer I (Systems) at FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc.Develops, implements and maintains factory systems using C#, MS SQL Server, Eyelit MES and other custom products. Participates in cross-functional linked teams and vendors to design, architect and implement factory automation solutions.SalarySalary range for position: $112,000 - $132,000, commensurate with experience.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop Factory System solutions for Fab automation using C# .NET, MS SQL ServerTest existing manufacturing tools for SECS/GEM or OPC capabilityWork with internal IT team for setup and maintenance of systems to enable Fab automationWork with external vendors in developing Fab automation solutions and resolving issuesContribute to the testing and implementation of MES solutionsInteract with Fab engineers and manufacturing personnel for automation application requirementsProvide maintenance support such as troubleshooting and problem analysis with internal and external customersDevelop documentation and contribute to training for Automation Solutions developedDocument, test and verify changes related to Factory Automated SystemsPerform user acceptance testing of new software and assure smooth rolloutAssure reliable 24/7 operation of integrated factory systemsCross train with other team members in applications related to Fab automationQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. WPF a plus.MS SQL Server database knowledge including creation and tuning of stored proceduresUnderstanding of version control using Microsoft DevOpsUnderstanding of unit testing, deployment, and on-call production supportOutstanding communication and documentation skillsTeam player with a cooperative attitudeAbility to work in cleanroom environment involving standing for long periods of time and wearing head and face coveringsWork with vendors to resolve issuesDetail-oriented, with a desire to make continuous improvementsWilling to learn new applications/technologiesDesiredWorked in manufacturing environment.
