Responsibilities Work with the project site team to develop the Level 4-5 WBS for the project: evaluate the project scope, map it to the standard features of work, identify non-standard work, and determine approach with Ops and InfraLink leadership. For each feature of work, identify, size, and sequence system boundaries (construction areas); quantify scope within each system boundary. Configure InfraLink system hierarchy to represent the project’s Level 1-3 WBS and apply standards to represent Levels 4-5 WBS for Engineering, Physical Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Commissioning. Configure workflows, generate work packages, and synchronize schedule attributes between InfraLink and the project’s P6 schedule (near-real-time bidirectional updates). Review and QC incremental scope uploads (e.g., SPLNX files) for alignment with the WBS, data attributes, and naming conventions. Provide application support to project teams, including data uploads, workflow execution, and report generation. Identify project setup and progress issues and develop recommendations for improving configuration standards. Perform performance analysis using InfraLink data to identify planning and performance deficiencies, lead times, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Review and monitor Earned Value metrics and enable near real-time progress tracking. Prepare and present at weekly and monthly project meetings. Apply established “Standard Work” to applicable WBS specific Product Catalog. Qualifications In-depth understanding of construction workflow, modular delivery value stream, key categories of work performed by MC Dean, their interdependencies and processes. 0+ years of progressive experience in field operations and/or design roles with a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., project engineer, deputy project leader, design manager, or comparable). Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to influence planning decisions and support rapid improvements. Excellent planning and documentation management skills to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders. Advanced proficiency with InfraLink, MS Excel, Oracle P6, MS PowerBI; ability to perform large-scale data validation, clean-up, and transformation. Working knowledge of drawings standards; ability to read engineering and construction plans and perform drawing management with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Abilities Exposure to computer screens for extended periods; sit for extended periods. Manual dexterity to operate keyboards and equipment; ability to communicate effectively and read/write information.
