Join to apply for the UX Researcher role at Jobs via Dice18 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the UX Researcher role at Jobs via DiceRESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a UX Researcher.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of user research across product lifecyclesThe UX Researcher will design and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies using best-in-class methodsConduct ethnographic research including site visits, field studies, and contextual inquiriesAnalyze research findings and synthesize them into strategic recommendationsPresent results and insights clearly through reports, presentations, and stakeholder discussionsAdvocate for the user by integrating research into design and product decisionsGuide the development and maintenance of research repositories and documentationFacilitate design reviews, workshops, and ideation sessions with stakeholdersThe UX Researcher will mentor junior researchers and contribute to building research operations and team cultureStay informed on industry trends, emerging methodologies, and new toolsREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience in UX research or a related fieldBackground in human factors, information architecture, interactive design, or market research is a plusProficiency in a wide range of UX research techniques (e.g., usability testing, heuristic evaluations, journey mapping, card sorting, lo-fi prototyping, benchmarking)Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate research goals, insights, and strategies to diverse audiencesExperience collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teamsStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and facilitation skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple research initiatives simultaneouslyExperience creating personas, journey maps, and other UX deliverables to support design decisionsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
