You will address issues such as performance and scale, work in a team with positive vibes, and be able to influence others and the product itself.U.S. Citizenship (required for working in GovCloud environments)Location: Remote (DMV area)Salary: $180k - $240k (will fluctuate pending experience)Qualifications:6+ years of experience in server backend design and development of production applicationsExperience in Python - MustExperience with databases (preferably SQL) - MustExperience working on large-scale systems - MustNetworking Infrastructure KnowledgeQuick learner and team playerExperience in Cyber Security – AdvantageHands-on experience with AWSExperience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools in a cloud-native environment.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and automation mindset.Responsibilities:Take full ownership over features, from product design to deployment, including whole feature architecturePlan, design, and develop systems with complex performance scale considerationsUse, design, and maintain the company’s code infrastructureSupport and enable our AWS GovCloud OperationsCulture and Benefits:As a Great Place to Work certified company, we take pride in the culture we’ve built together—one rooted in camaraderie, credibility, fairness, and respect.People first company.
