This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide architectural decisions, ensure delivery excellence, and take full ownership of code quality, performance, and security. You will work closely with Product Owners to plan and deliver work in bi-weekly sprints and manage a seamless release-to-production process.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and direction in all phases of the SDLC, ensuring scalable, performant, and secure implementationsLead team in designing and implementing decisions in .NET (C#), Angular, AzureSQL, Redis, and KafkaPromote best practices in engineering discipline, code quality, documentation, and team collaborationDrive continuous improvement in velocity, quality and app stabilityOversee CI/CD pipeline execution, deployment health, and incident response proceduresOwn QA outcomes, including test coverage, automation, regression stability, and defect reductionPartner with Product Management to analyze, estimate, and prioritize work during sprint planningEnsure all releases meet business requirements and internal quality, performance, and security standardsLead and mentor a team of software engineers, QA engineers, and Product OwnersMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline5+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in the Microsoft technology stack3+ years of engineering management experience in agile environmentsHands-on expertise with .NET (C#), Angular, AzureSQL, Redis, Kafka, and modern DevOps practicesExperience owning software delivery from sprint planning through production deploymentProven ability to lead QA and engineering as a unified responsibilityStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbout IntegrityIntegrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
