Additionally, a CI Polygraph or willingness to pass one is necessary. Work is performed 100% onsite with our Government Customer.ResponsibilitiesConduct customer outreach to understand organizational and user needs.Track cybersecurity tool usage and recommend future investments.Apply quality management techniques to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.Provide strategic recommendations for IT and cybersecurity tools, focusing on Suricata.Develop and assess emerging technologies, platforms, and services.Utilize instructional design and training skills to develop and deliver training programs.Collaborate with development teams in a DevOps environment using Agile methodologies.Lead and manage users of Agile tools such as JIRA and municate regularly with all levels of leadership.Qualifications3+ years experience with Suricata devices and security tools.Experience with user feedback on IT systems and cybersecurity tools.Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework.Understanding of SDLC.Ability to develop IT roadmaps and analyze data.Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph.Supporting IT projects with relevant education and experience levels.DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification or equivalent.Preferred SkillsExperience with security devices and tools like ForeScout, Fidelis, Splunk, etc.Experience developing POA&M strategies.Support for enterprise-wide IT programs.Experience with DoD acquisition programs.Experience with digital transformation initiatives.Excellent communication skills.ITIL v4 Certification.Additional InformationWe use Greenhouse Software and Zoom Scheduler for application tracking and scheduling.
