You’ll play a pivotal role in building a diverse talent pipeline, developing your colleagues to meet evolving business needs, and prioritizing their performance and growth. With a focus on continuous learning, you’ll implement coaching plans that inspire your team to achieve personal and branch-wide goals.To succeed, you must effectively communicate business priorities in a way that energizes and empowers your colleagues to execute with confidence. As the branches execution and outcomes owner, you’ll combine financial acumen with strategic insights to guide decision-making and deliver results. Leading by example, you will direct all colleague and sales activities to ensure key targets are not only met but exceeded.As a visible and engaged brand ambassador, you will connect with the local community to cultivate new customer relationships and deepen existing ones.ResponsibilitiesLead branch performance and sales growth while delivering an outstanding colleague and customer experience.Provide inspirational leadership, foster collaboration, and implement sound operational practices to sustain a customer-centric culture.Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and collective goals and drive product/service value for customers.Build a diverse talent pipeline, develop colleagues, and prioritize performance and growth in a digital-first municate business priorities clearly to energize colleagues and guide decision-making.Direct all colleague and sales activities to meet and exceed key targets.Engage with the local community to cultivate and deepen customer relationships.Qualifications, Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional CredentialsRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredLeadership experience with a proven ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence, ensure world-class customer service, and maintain operational integrity in a high-volume branch4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking environmentTrack record of meeting sales goals, deadlines, and branch goals in a profit and loss environmentAbility to deliver an exceptional customer experience validated by customer satisfaction surveysStrong partnerships with community & civic organizationsMust meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLSPreferred QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredRetail banking experienceTalent sourcing and assessmentHours and Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Varies with branch needs and may include weekends and eveningsPay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $89,700-$113,087 per year. Actual pay is based on location, relevant skills and experience.
