The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes, automation, and adoption across the platform. This role requires strong technical and interpersonal skills, as the administrator will partner closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy business processes, including System Support, Marketing, Outreach, and core program operations. The Salesforce Administrator will act as the central resource for onboarding, training, and cross-department Salesforce adoption, ensuring alignment and efficiency. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst, responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our CRM platform.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
