Job TitleBusiness Systems (Procurement liaison) AnalystLocationMASON, MichiganDescriptionWe are seeking a Business Systems (Procurement liaison) Analyst to join our team. This role involves understanding procurement processes and business system analysis to ensure efficient system operations, acting as a bridge between the procurement team and other business units.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and improve procurement functions using CRM and other systems.Develop and implement procurement strategies.Maintain procurement records and documentation using Microsoft Office.Conduct AB testing and gap analysis to optimize procurement processes.Collaborate with procurement to translate needs into business requirements.Utilize SAP and P2P systems for procurement operations.Assist in CPSM certification preparation, aligning activities with standards.Use Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.Monitor procurement processes and address discrepancies.Ensure effective communication across departments.RequirementsProficiency in CRM systems and creating Business Requirement Documents.Knowledge of procurement procedures and best practices.Experience with procurement functions, including purchasing and vendor management.Ability to develop procurement strategies aligned with business goals.Familiarity with P2P systems and SAP software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.CPSM certification is preferred.Experience managing procurement projects in a manufacturing environment.Robert Half is an equal opportunity employer.
