In this role, you will ensure flawless cutting-edge experiences.Primary ResponsibilitiesRun the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system healthBuild software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applicationsImprove reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutionsMeasure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improveProvide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applicationsEstimate: Create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify itMentor: Coach high performing engineering team to build and deliver health care product to marketOperations: Possess/acquire solid troubleshooting skills and be interested in performing troubleshooting of issues in different desperate technologies and environmentsThought Leadership: Propose and implement best in class architectural solution for big and complex systemsEngineering: Implement and adhere to best engineering practices like design, unit testing, functional testing automation, continues integration and deliveryStakeholder management: Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to take decisions bases on available informationComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
