Position: Litigation Associate - Products Liability and Toxic TortsWe are seeking highly qualified alternative track associates to join our litigation practice in products liability and toxic torts in any of our California offices. This is a non-partnership track position with a billable hour requirement of 1,850 hours annually.The successful candidate must have:Excellent academic credentialsStrong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsMembership in the California State BarIdeal candidates will have at least three to five or more years of experience handling high-volume litigation, taking depositions, and familiarity with California state court procedures.
