You will be a key member of our Venture Capital Organization, identifying and executing strategic investments to foster growth and innovation, and supporting our M&A team with deal origination, due diligence, and execution.On the Venture Capital side, you will lead strategic planning, pipeline development, investment execution, and stakeholder management, focusing on Food Tech and Sustainability opportunities. You will collaborate with VC funds, identify investment opportunities, and engage with startups shaping the future of M&A, you will support projects related to inorganic growth strategies, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, working across the organization and with external advisors. The role demands analytical skills, strategic thinking, and strong communication abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with functional leaders and executives to identify opportunities and drive innovation aligned with corporate goals.Research markets, source deals, and conduct due diligence with VC funds and related companies.Develop financial models and prepare investment materials for the investment committee.Maintain a pipeline of venture capital opportunities, focusing on emerging trends and technologies.Establish thought leadership internally and externally.Support operational processes and develop tools for efficiency.Coordinate with project teams including legal, tax, and financial advisors to execute transactions.Monitor market trends to inform investment and M&A strategies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.4+ years of experience in financial, market, and strategic analysis, preferably in top-tier investment banking or management consulting, with VC and fund of funds experience preferred.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and entrepreneurs.Strong ownership, proactive approach, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in analysis, research, and communication pensation and BenefitsSalary range: $118,400 - $148,000, plus performance-based bonus.
