Candidates should be located near the DC Metro area for onsite meetings, with the role offering partial telecommuting.Responsibilities:Oversee Software Development, Scrum Master, UI/UX, and Product Delivery Teams, focusing on process re-engineering and technical architecture to enhance project capabilities and performance.Collaborate with business development managers, customers, and team members to understand needs, expectations, and outcomes.Participate in client meetings and presentations to build relationships, understand delivery requirements, and develop implementation plans.Manage daily requests for clients, ensuring service level standards are met.Lead technology projects aligned with organizational goals, ensuring on-time delivery within scope using Agile and project management tools.Promote continuous improvement activities across teams.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience managing Agile/Scrum product delivery teams in software applications development, UI/UX, or related fields.Federal program experience is required, along with experience in cloud environments and AI/LLM development products.Proven experience managing product owners, developers, QA, and DevOps teams.Experience with large-scale software systems, relationship management, and multiple program oversight.Ability to translate technical information into business context and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.Additional Skills and Certifications:At least 10 years working with Agile methods in engineering organizations.Successful track record in strategic planning, change management, and delivering results.Project Management Professional (PMP) and one of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Product Manager (CPM).Compensation:Pay range from $126,100 to $227,950, with additional factors considered in offers.This job posting is active, with an expected duration of at least 3 days from July 21, 2025. #J-18808-Ljbffr
