Your expertise will drive innovation and ensure the highest performance and reliability of our instruments.Lead technical product development, verification, and validation (V&V) of flow cytometry instruments.Assess design feasibility and test product functionalityDevelop test methods and protocols to ensure optimal performance.Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for complex instruments.Collaborate across Systems and R&D teams to drive product improvements.Deliver feedback on software workflows and instrument performance.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Immunology, Engineering, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in systems engineering and flow cytometry (including sorting) in academic, pharma, CROs, or industry settings.Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting cell analyzers and fortable working in a Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) environment.Proficiency in multi-parameter flow cytometry applications and experiment design.Excellent communication skills-both written and verbalPreferred Qualifications:Deep expertise in flow cytometry principles and applications (>12 colors)Risk management and design transfer experienceFamiliarity with multiple sorter platforms, including Cytek Aurora & Spectro-Flo softwareExperience leading a small team (3-4 members)Proven track record in requirements testing and product developmentWhat to Expect in Your Work EnvironmentThis role requires working with biological materials (human blood/cells), high-energy lasers, and voltage-based instrumentation.
