Utilize your in-depth knowledge of software, applications, technical processes, and product management to drive multiple complex projects and initiatives, while serving as a primary decision maker for your teams and be a driver of innovation and solution delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesLeads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectivesMakes decisions that influence teams’ resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and proceduresCarries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operationsDelivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domainsInfluences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teamsChampions the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectLeads the transformation of firm’s Interest Rate Risk platform as an integrated risk data capture, aggregation, calculation, and reporting platform, leveraging the firm’s risk models for measuring interest rate risk.Develops and upholds data architecture standards, including interfaces, reliability, and governance frameworks, while enhancing the platform’s data sourcing, orchestration, and reporting capabilities.Evaluates innovative technologies that will drive the success of the "Next Generation" Interest Rate Risk Platform.Develops multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategies, serves as a subject matter expert, advising on complex technical issues and solutions.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsFormal training or certification on team leadership concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertiseKnowledge of Finance and Treasury productsHands-on expertise in Python and numerical libraries and statistical models.Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.Deep knowledge of data architecture, best practices, and industry trends.Expert-level experience with AWS or other public cloud providers, as well as Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, databases, and analytics.Proven influencer with a track record of successfully driving change across organizational boundaries.Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with senior leaders and executives.Advanced experience in leading technologists to solve complex technical challengesExpertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical fieldPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsExperience in working on BI and AI/ML solutions with business stakeholders and data scientists is a plus.About UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
