Overview Urgent Hiring || Enterprise Architect || State of California - Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) || Sacramento, CA 95814 (Onsite) Duration—Long Term Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Mandatory Qualifications (SMQs) 15+ years IT experience including: technical architecture, system design/deployment, lifecycle management, infrastructure planning/operations. 10+ years’ experience in at least 3 disciplines (e.g., business/IT architecture, app dev, middleware, data analysis, DB management, multi-tier operations). 5+ years (within the last 10 years) as Chief Enterprise Architect or Enterprise Architect on implementations (> $10M, multiple phases, >50 team members). Must include planning, solution design, implementation, knowledge transition, and governance. Desirable Qualifications (SDQs) 5+ years leading/delivering IT initiatives across public sector agencies/external partners, using SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven architecture, predictive analytics, etc. 3+ years using or certified in an Enterprise Architecture (EA) platform (e.g., Bizzdesign), with hands-on modeling/optimization. 1+ year as Enterprise Architect on a project governed by California PAL stage gate process.
