Whether architecting infrastructure for complex warfighting simulations, helping the sales team track deals, or powering critical cloud services, the Business Systems team of engineers are there to support. We are looking for a PLM Developer/Engineer to lead our team of developers and partner with cross functional teams across the company to develop customizations for our PLM tool.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members in developing solutions for our PLM tools and our various downstream systemsLevel up our team’s applications through quality code contribution.Have an area of deep expertise in a portion of the full stack (i.e. backend, frontend, integration).Customize our PLM tools with custom applications, workflows, datamodel updates, etc.Work with a high-functioning team of solution engineers and cross functional teams with an emphasis on finishing business-critical projectsHelp troubleshoot PLM technical issues including those related with deployment, configuration and ongoing supportLead a small team of developers, provide design input, prioritizationRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environmentDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related technical degreeExperience working with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirementsProgramming experience in Teamcenter server side(ITK), BMIDE, SOA, Workflows, Dispatcher and AWC customizationsExceptional strategic problem-solving capabilities, adept at navigating complex technical trade-offs.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams.Ability to empathize with end-users, to turn needs into features, and to balance user experience with engineering constraintsU.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled dataPreferred QualificationsExperience integrating PLM and downstream systems (ERP, MES, etc)Knowledge of Databases, Server Management, Performance TuningAbility to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to solve problems.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsSalary and BenefitsUS Salary Range: $154,000 - $231,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
