Come join our growing team enabling the most mission-critical projects.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and develop scalable, resilient backend services for high-performing web applications that support complex business workflows.Ensure software quality and system performance by contributing to architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.Partner with the Product team to translate customer requirements into solutions that create real impact for borrowers, customers and internal users.Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and help integrate relevant tools and practices into the development lifecycle to improve efficiency and delivery speed.Thrive in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing tasks effectively and adapting quickly to new challenges.Requirements5+ years of professional experience working with .NET and C# (experience with , , and C# preferred)Strong Computer Science fundamentals with expertise in architecture, object-oriented programming and system design.Experience building cloud based, distributed, resilient systems with the ability to handle large and variable traffic volumes.Strong understanding of database design and development with SQL Server; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.Experience with CI/CD: Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.Working knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms Azure (preferred) or AWS.Bonus PointsBS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.Experience working on the frontend using React, TypescriptExperience working in Mortgage, Private Lending, Fintech industryEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to have fun in a small-team environmentBenefitsFull medical benefits401K matchedPaid vacationPaid sick daysPaid holidaysAwesome holiday partyCompany DescriptionApplied Business Software Inc.
