The ideal candidate will have experience designing solutions for complex user interfaces, data-intensive operations, and process hand-offs.Role ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement solutions using modern technologies aligned with architecture and business processes.Line management of developers, testers, and DevOps teams.Lead solution design and development efforts.Collaborate closely with the business to develop meaningful solutions for the Index Business.Identify, prioritize, and drive tasks within the software development lifecycle (Agile).Work with Index Delivery and Index Management to deliver products, services, and improvements that meet customer needs and business goals.Develop tools and applications with clean, efficient code.Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.Lead technical solution development by example.Qualifications12+ years of experience in software development and engineering, particularly in data-intensive applications.Strong experience with database development, building microservices using modern technologies (e.g., C#), and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular).Extensive experience with native cloud services in Azure and AWS.Experience in SDLC and Agile delivery, with proficiency in CI/CD tools and automation.Advantageous ExperienceFinancial markets dex and Benchmarking experience.UI development for critical applications using Angular (8+), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C#.Exposure to various AWS services.Personality TraitsAttention to detail with lateral thinking skills.Quick learner, able to work under tight deadlines.Creative, results-driven, self-motivated, solutions-oriented.Strong interpersonal and time management skills.Ability to influence decision-makers and establish credibility quickly.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider dedicated to driving financial stability, empowering economies, and enabling sustainable growth.
