Join to apply for the Lead Construction Administrator role at HPI Architecture.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Base pay range$93,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yrRoleAs a Lead Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.Primary ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret construction documents and specifications.Maintain all project documentation electronically, including RFIs, ASIs, CCDs, and change orders.Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to implement construction documents.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and developers to ensure compliance.Attend meetings, site visits, and provide reports.Perform constructability reviews and coordinate with building officials.Review pay applications and change orders for accuracy.Assist in the bidding process, addendums, and cost reviews.Provide staff leadership, mentoring, and direction.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent command of English language, grammar, and spelling.Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to establish effective working relationships.Requirements10+ years of Construction Administration experience.Experience in high-density housing projects.Proven architectural and technical expertise.Understanding of codes and contract documents.Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit (plus).Strong communication, research, and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices.Strong organizational skills.Familiarity with DSA forms and processes for education projects.Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.Physical StandardsStandard office environment, with requirements for mobility, site visits, and communication skills.
