The team is comprised of four functions:Service Delivery & TelecomEnterprise Application SolutionsInfrastructure, Networking and Cloud SolutionsInformation SecurityInformation Technology staff are based in the Boston, Chicago, London, Munich, New York, Oakland, San Francisco, College Station and Washington, DC offices.Mainly a Microsoft house, CRA is looking to maximize the performance of our on-premise systems and hybrid infrastructure, meaning experience with cloud technologies is essential for this role.Job OverviewThe Infrastructure Solutions Engineer will be responsible for:Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of infrastructure and systems in multiple Datacenters across the globeMaintaining the integrity of data backup and archive processesProduction support requestsSecurity and integrity of the production and development environments, in accordance with Office and Security PoliciesEnsuring Disaster Recovery plans are kept up to date and testedWork includes on call rotation.Key Skills / ExperienceAt least 8 years demonstrable experience with detailed knowledge and understanding, including the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of the following core technologies:VMware Data Centre Virtualisation, ESXi, vSphere, vCenter etcMicro segmentationVMware Horizon / VDIMS Active Directory - Enterprise levelStorage Technologies – Hybrid, Flash, NimbleMS Windows ServersPowerShell scriptingExperience in AWS, Azure or GCP is desirableAbility to create high-level and low-level designs for deployment of new technologiesExperience supporting large/enterprise level infrastructuresKnowledge of system hardware platforms including HP/Dell/CiscoPerform audits, peer reviews and due diligence as required.Possession of at least one professional virtualization certification is desirableCareer Growth and BenefitsCRA’s robust skills development programs, including a commitment to offering 100 hours of training annually through formal and informal programs, encourage you to thrive as an individual and team member.
