We are in an urgent need for a seasoned traditional project manager to help us with critical infrastructure / network-related projects. Preferable experience with IT Network infrastructure (but no need to have been an engineer) who could also cover some AV work too. I’m mostly interested in a “good PM” and “good worker” not someone with specialized expertise. Responsible for all facets of project from requirements definition to post implementation/production support. Communicate / collaborate well and manage project expectations to project managers, owners, SMEs, team members, and other stakeholders. Coordinate & collaborate with internal resources and work with/manage vendors. PM tools would include: SmartSheet, Asana and/or Azure DevOps, and Teams. Report progress of the project to IT management. Active management of the project scope throughout the project. Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues. Prepare and publish a status report in intervals throughout the lifecycle of a project. Manage and track implementation issues and risks to achieve a successful go live. Track the post go-live issues to ensure a positive and successful stabilization phase.
