The ideal candidate must be a US citizen, possess an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one (e.g., DoD Secret / Top Secret), and have prior experience managing portfolios and projects for US federal government agencies in a technology consulting context.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop innovative IT architecture solutions for complex projects, especially within the US Public Sector.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, researchers, and consultants to create end-to-end technological solutions.Apply technical expertise and understanding of business contexts to enable organizational transformation.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in IT, business administration, computer science, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.6+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with more than 4 years in architecture.Extensive knowledge of various technology stacks, cloud-native applications, API/Microservices architecture, and other listed technical skills.Experience with agile methodologies and a willingness to travel as required.What We OfferCompetitive salary starting at $190,000 USD annually, with performance bonuses, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and more.Additional InformationWe support diversity and equal opportunity in our hiring practices.
