Job DescriptionSOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect-Senior to support PSNet, CNIC systems integration, application migration, and logistical projects. This position is contingent upon contract award.ResponsibilitiesAssess and define system requirements with management.Analyze network data and infrastructure to identify inefficiencies.Design and develop network architecture and systems infrastructure.Oversee development, installation, configuration, and administration of computer systems.Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.Monitor systems and networks for viruses, malfunctions, and errors.Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.Prepare network analytics, data reports, and operational manuals.Train engineering team on new systems and protocols.Stay updated on technological advancements, protocols, and best practices.QualificationsUS CitizenBachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experienceAbility to obtain and maintain an active Secret ClearanceIAT II certification (e.g., CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP) or higherFamiliarity with Linux and UNIX operating systemsExperience with database management software such as MySQL, Oracle RDBMS, and Microsoft SQL ServerProficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Ruby, and PythonKnowledge of networking protocols such as TCP, IP, and OSI modelsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred QualificationsForeign language fluency is a plus but not requiredWorking ConditionsStandard office environmentFast-paced, deadline-driven settingMay require non-traditional hours, including nights or weekendsSOSi is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
