Software QA Engineer

Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.Responsibilities:Write and manage test cases for Zoom meetings in TestZoom or similar case management tools.Design and execute test plans for product releases.Use JIRA to report and manage bugs.Use UIAutomator, Appium, and Python to implement the framework of test automation and write TA cases.Set up and maintain the test automation devices lab.Work with developers and support engineers to reproduce and troubleshoot customer issues.Build release packages in Jenkins.Set up Jenkins pipelines for builds.Monitor and troubleshoot daily builds and deployments.Perform deployment validation through manual and automated testing.What we're looking for:Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.Must have 5 years of experience in the relevant occupation.Must have 5 years of experience utilizing Python for cross-platform automation testing, especially for web and mobile applications.Must have 5 years of experience utilizing Appium and UI Automation for Mac and Windows platform UI testing.Must have 5 years of experience utilizing Pytest to manage UI and API test cases.Must have 5 years of experience using Requests for API automation testing.Must have 5 years of experience configuring Jenkins for automated builds across platforms (Windows/Mac/Android/iOS/Linux).Must have 5 years of experience utilizing CI/CD workflows for automated build and testing processes.Must have 5 years of experience managing and maintaining the test automation lab and devices.Must have 5 years of experience utilizing GitLab for automated testing, code review, and merge requests.Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.Additional Information:Salary Range: $168,000 - $228,700, with total compensation including bonus and equity.Our work model is hybrid, with options for remote or in-office work, depending on the role.Our benefits program supports physical, mental, emotional, and financial health, and work-life balance.
