Job SummaryAndy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated, multi-task-oriented individual to manage a Security contract. The role involves overseeing Supervisors and staff, ensuring performance, service quality, and budget adherence for assigned contracts. The manager is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel, supporting security needs, and fostering relationships with local police, fire departments, and facility reports. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, uphold Andy Frain Services' Core Values, and ensure 100% staff training compliance.Responsibilities / DutiesEnsure delivery of quality service and positive customer interactions, maintaining professionalism and presentation standards.Provide leadership at client sites, enforce security/safety programs, ensure post orders are followed, and complete rounds and reports.Develop security procedures aligned with facility policies and legal requirements; respond promptly to emergencies and alarms.Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators, and access controls; coordinate with maintenance personnel.Operate equipment such as radios, phones, computers, and inspect vehicles regularly.Counsel and discipline staff as needed, with guidance from management; document actions.Assist in training Security Officers and reviewing post orders to ensure municate regularly with Operations management regarding account and staff performance, and safety issues.Support payroll and personnel reporting processes.Ensure adequate security coverage, inspect posts, and verify staff sign-in/out accurately.Meet with client representatives to review security services and address concerns.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.Willingness to undergo background checks; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.At least 2 years of experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV, or access systems; 1 year in a security management role.Valid Driver's License and compliance with state licensing requirements.CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of facility layouts, security procedures, and safety protocols.Ability to design staffing and security plans, recruit, train, and motivate staff.Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to develop and implement safety and security programs, and build positive client relationships.Maintain current security licensing and certifications.Proficiency with security devices, controls, and basic computer applications.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Working ConditionsMust have the physical and mental capacity to perform essential functions, including handling stressful situations calmly.May be exposed to stressful or urgent situations; ability to work overtime as needed.Requires good vision, hearing, speaking, and writing skills for communication and incident reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
