Be among the first 25 applicantsOverviewARSIEM Corporation is seeking a Cyber Solutions Architect to design and develop cyber solutions for applications and systems. This position will support one of our Government clients in Columbia, MD.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Chief Architect and team, and document specific architectural municate the architecture and vision to the Solution Train and Agile Release Engineers.Identify and align development and establish a technical strategy that enables programs to support current and future operational requirements.Work with program staff to understand the technical needs of their programs and how to best provide support and solutions.Guide System Engineering lifecycle and technical alignment with Chief Architect frameworks.Lead teams of engineers, analysts, architects, and cyber practitioners.Define and monitor enterprise-level architecture and implementation tegrate Cloud and DevSecOps technologies.Maintain knowledge of emerging cyber/cloud technologies.Travel required 10-20%.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in STEM and 12+ years of related hands-on experience or Master’s degree in STEM with 10+ years of related hands-on experience.Must have a background in cloud technologies.Deep cloud development and DevSecOps understanding.Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across the Enterprise teams.Hands-on experience leading a team of skilled engineers, architects, requirements analysts, test engineers, and cyber practitioners to understand their requirements and align activities with the Chief Architect’s objectives.Preferred QualificationsAWS Certification is a plus.Clearance RequirementThis position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.ReferralARSIEM offers a referral program. The bonus for this position is $3,500, and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral.
