The engineer supports and services customers by demonstrating product functions, technical benefits, and value to help meet their business goals and secure projects. This role requires technical knowledge, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to work closely with clients, understand their needs, and leverage product expertise to provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the engineer gathers client feedback, bridges internal development with customer requirements, and helps refine products and services based on customer insights.Responsibilities:Product Demonstration: Deep understanding of our products and services, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly, contributing to sales presentations, and demonstrating product benefits and applications.Client Engagement: Direct interaction with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and competitors. Analyze projects and identify opportunities where our solutions add value.Solution Development: Develop solutions aligned with client needs, collaborating with technical teams to design tailored solutions, providing technical support, and relaying feedback for product development.Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed proposals outlining solutions, benefits, and technical specifications, including user manuals, specifications, and disposal proposals as required.Technical Support: Offer ongoing support, address questions and concerns, and resolve technical issues during project execution.Technical Agreement Negotiation: Participate in negotiations, address technical concerns, clarify expectations, and ensure alignment on solutions.Risk Assessment and Problem Solving: Identify potential issues, provide preventative measures, and resolve technical problems during manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning.Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to suggest product and service improvements and innovations.Requirements and Skills:At least 2 years of experience in the US ESS market.Experience as an Application Engineer (AE) or Sales Engineer (SE) in the ESS market is advantageous.Experience in utility or ESS developer companies is advantageous.Knowledge of US ESS project development requirements is advantageous.Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong market and competitor analysis abilities.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, logical, and strategic thinking skills.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionManufacturing and EngineeringIndustriesMotor Vehicle Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
