Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.Your RoleAs a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Data Platform sales initiatives. You will be responsible for presenting the product, handling customer objections, and executing technical win strategies. Your expertise in demos, workshops, and services scoping will be key to our success in closing deals. Your ability to build relationships and collaborate with product management and other cross-functional teams will enable us to continually enhance our offerings and deliver value to our customers.Responsibilities & DutiesBuild and deliver high-impact demos and solutions that showcase how the Customer Data Platform drives significant business transformation and value for top-tier clients. can create business value for prospective customersProactively manage and resolve customer objections, leveraging deep expertise to influence decision-makers and guide customers toward successful solutionsHighly involved in ideation sessions and workshops, both standard and custom, with a focus on vertical-specific strategies that align with broader business objectivesDevelop and execute comprehensive technical win strategies for high-priority sales opportunitiesDrive and run the success of Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, collaborating with Solution Consultants and clients to define success criteria and establish long-term relationships.Lead cross-functional services scoping exercises, ensuring alignment across teams and successful project execution with key stakeholders.Deliver internal enablements, create knowledge-sharing initiatives, and represent the company as a thought leader at external events, webinars, and industry conferences.Drive continuous feedback loops with product management teams, advocating for product enhancements that directly benefit customers and contribute to business growth.Present Solution Architect enablement sessions for the global GTM teams, ensuring a unified, high-impact technical approach.Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and evolving customer needs, shaping the future direction of solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to drive successful outcomes for fluence key strategic decisions by providing insights and recommendations on critical business and technical challenges.Required QualificationsProven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar roleStrong track record of achieving technical wins and performance against quotaStrong knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and related technologies and an overall understanding of Marketing Technology solutions (MarTech)Excellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to handle customer objections and engage in solution-focused discussionsExperience in executing workshops and technical win strategiesAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring and delivering enablementsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSelf-motivated, with a drive for continuous learning and improvementBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experiencePhysical RequirementsWorking out of the Mountain View, California or New York, NY office according to our "Global Hybrid Working Policy."Travel RequirementsRequires peaks of 50% travel to visit clients/prospects/events/internal meet upsPerks And Benefits (US)Our benefit package showcases our culture of care and empathy withComprehensive medical, dental, vision plans and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Competitive compensation packagesCompany paid life insurance 3x salaryCompany paid short- and long-term disability coverageRetirement planning (401K) with 4% company matchRestricted Stock Units (RSU)Flexible Time Off (FTO)Up to 26 weeks paid parental leaveAbout Treasure DataTreasure Data is the Intelligent Customer Data Platform (CDP) built for enterprise scale and powered by AI.
