Prefer to see candidates that have experience working with investment tools, research tools, investment reporting, Factset background, and the like. This person needs to know the basics of holdings, transactions, benchmarks, etcMust have experience with Fixed Income and Derivatives. This is the primary area for Level 2 support. They will be working with the Portfolio Analysts to support them on any of their requests.Must have strong SQL skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills as this person will be working directly with the users.There is Production support on a rotation basis requirement – once every 2 months and the person is expected to check the tests that are running and escalate or fix if need be.The time commitment varies from 30 minutes to 3hrs when on-callOverviewThe Investor Engagement team plays a critical role in success by providing continuous support and solutions to the firm's globally located investors across Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-asset, Alts and Hedge Funds.
