Key skills include:On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.Analytical prowess and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policiesAbility to guide and develop junior team membersProven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship managementTo qualify for the role, you must haveA Bachelor's degree2 to 4 years of relevant experience working with SAP ERP based systems preferably with exposure to multiple industries.At least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Project System module with hands-on configuration experience in some of the following areas:Project structural components (Project definition, WBS elements, Networks, Templates)Project planning, budgeting, milestones, billing, MRP.Understanding of Project Systems integration points with other SAP Modules:Managerial Accounting (Overhead Accounting, Settlements, Result Analysis)Financial Accounting subcomponents (Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)Material ManagementOrder to CashPlant MaintenanceProduction PlanningHuman ResourcesConceptual knowledge of advanced topics such as Results Analysis methods, Event-Based Revenue recognition, or Resource Related billingBuilding and Managing RelationshipsComplex Problem-SolvingStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skillsAbility and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologiesA willingness to travel to meet client needsIdeally, you’ll also havePrior consulting industry experience or deep functional experienceSAP Certification/sC_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Project SystemsAssociates Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core moduleAdditional qualifications that complement the roleAdditional SAP Finance certificationsPrior industry experience in Accounting departmentA proactive approach to professional developmentThe ability to adapt to diverse environments and culturesWhat We Look ForWe seek individuals who demonstrate leadership, the ability to work independently, and a passion for making an impact. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
