The hiring range for this role is:$150,000.00 - $175,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Bonus, commission, or other compensation remains at the company's discretion unless paid, and may be modified.Role ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing technical leadership, analysis, and design facilitation across business, information, and technical viewpoints, and enterprise architecture. This hands-on role will establish Synergie's solution architecture strategy, collaborating with the chief architect to integrate the Enterprise Architecture process with other related processes.You will evaluate existing infrastructure, lead design, development, and deployment of healthcare applications, and shape the future technology landscape by identifying improvement opportunities and translating them into initiatives.Ownership of defining technical requirements, managing priorities, and ensuring deliverables meet business needs and standards will be key. The role involves guiding teams and external consultants to deliver solutions on time and within scope.The position requires analytical thinking and technical expertise, including diagnosing issues, crafting solutions, designing MVPs, developing prototypes, and driving Agile software delivery, ensuring quality, security, and performance.As a strategic contributor and innovator, you will explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches through proofs of concept.Analyze objectives to identify patterns and develop reference architectures for business, information, technical, and system domains. Define architectural evolution and roadmaps aligned with these references, ensuring compliance with security and standards.Translate business strategies into technical solutions, breaking objectives into initiatives across programs and projects.Advise management on architecture, technology, risks, and opportunities.Oversee security architecture to support security posture and best practices. Maintain documentation and produce architectural artifacts.Provide direction, coaching, and support to teams. Establish organizational structures for architectural consistency and alignment.Review and approve architectural documents.Education, Experience, and SkillsPreferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.Required: Minimum 10 years in IT or software development, including enterprise architecture, system design, business analysis, and team leadership.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDeep knowledge of programming languages, object-oriented design, cloud architecture (AWS), data architectures, and data processing.Experience with project management methodologies and industry-specific knowledge, especially health insurance, is preferred.Strong analytical, conceptual, leadership, and communication skills.
