You'll work closely with senior leaders in audio, speech, and RF domains to solve complex system-level challenges and develop cutting-edge wireless solutions that shape the future of our products.Design and develop wireless communications systems for wearable products, focusing on 802.11 protocols and embedded Linux platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless technologiesDevelop and implement WiFi and Bluetooth solutions, including coexistence, optimization, and power consumptionDrive technical innovation and solve complex problems in wireless communicationsLead or mentor technical team in design and development of wireless components, sub-systems, and/or systems for medical wearable devicesApply and mentor others on advanced engineering theories, principles, and concepts across various products within business unitTranslate user needs to design inputs/ specifications and produce system/architectural level layouts and platform designsDevelop and influence a number of invention disclosures, patents or trade secretsLead code reviews for projects/systems as independent reviewer applying design principals, coding standards and best practicesWhat You Will Do:We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Wireless Engineer to drive architectural innovation and solve complex system-level challenges in our wearables products.
