That’s where you come in.ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Engineer I, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from designing and implementing robust code to deploying and maintaining scalable solutions. This role involves active participation in building and optimizing both front-end and back-end systems, collaborating on software delivery processes, managing infrastructure components, and contributing to on-call support for critical systems.Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions across the full stack.Collaborate with team members on technical designs, code reviews, and problem-solving.Contribute to the design and evolution of system municate effectively with Product Managers and Stakeholders regarding technical aspects of projects.Contribute to the development and maintenance of key system components.Participate in initiatives to improve software development processes and practices.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.QualificationsMinimum qualificationsProven ability to build robust software solutions that solve complex business problemsProficiency in web technologies and asynchronous process handlingExcellent comprehension of software development methodologies and how they affect the production of high quality softwareAbility to communicate effectively with people in both verbal and written formExperience2+ years of professional experience as a software engineer1+ year working with Python or a similar interpreted language2+ years with SQL and NOSQL database systems2+ years working as part of a software development team practicing agile methodologiesEducationBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent work experience that is directly applicable to the positionWhy Join Us?At SpotOn, you’ll be part of a team that values diversity, creativity, and a shared mission to help small businesses succeed.
