Get to know us at and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and viting applications for the role of Data Architect, Pharma Commercial Analytics – Data Architecture!In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in Life Science Analytics, with expertise in Data Architecture (Snowflake, AWS, Data bricks), DevOps. Also, plan to integrate with Visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.Responsibilities:-Design modern data architecture on Snowflake, leveraging AWS native services.Architect scalable data lake, data warehouse, and data mart structures.Define data ingestion, transformation, and consumption workflows.Design for real-time, batch, and near real-time data pipelines.Design cross-service integrations between AWS and Snowflake (S3 Snowflake, Glue Snowflake, etc.).Enable auto-scaling, fault tolerance, and cost optimizationDefine and enforce data governance policies and standards.Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and fine-grained access in both Snowflake and AWS.Ensure data encryption at rest and in transit.Align architecture with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.).Manage data lineage, metadata cataloging, and data quality frameworks.Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelinesDesign semantic data models to enable BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Partner with stakeholders (IT, Data Science, Engineering, Business) to align architecture to business goals.Lead data architecture roadmap, adoption of best practices, and technology evaluations.Act as the Snowflake and AWS subject matter expert (SME) for internal teamsMonitor Snowflake/AWS warehouse usage, query performance, and auto-suspend/resume.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsPreferred Qualifications/ SkillsShould have clear understanding of one or more of the below technologies –Data Flow tools – Alteryx, SSIS, Databricks, ADF, notebooks.Lead AI-first transformation – Build and scale AI solutions that redefine industriesMake an impact – Drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matterAccelerate your career—Gain hands-on experience, world-class training, mentorship, and AI certifications to advance your skillsGrow with the best – Learn from top engineers, data scientists, and AI experts in a dynamic, fast-moving workplaceCommitted to ethical AI – Work in an environment where governance, transparency, and security are at the core of everything we buildThrive in a values-driven culture – Our courage, curiosity, and incisiveness - built on a foundation of integrity and inclusion - allow your ideas to fuel progressCome join the 140,000+ coders, tech shapers, and growth makers at Genpact and take your career in the only direction that matters: Up.Let’s build tomorrow together.The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$130,000 to $150,000].
