As a Summer Analyst, you will be offered a curriculum that builds a strong platform to launch your tern Program overviewThe Chief People Organization Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week summer internship that will introduce you to Bank of America, the Chief People Organization, and its related functions. The bank will provide an opportunity to build upon your existing academic foundation - specifically technical skills, industry knowledge and familiarity with a corporate environment. We will also foster an environment where you can pursue a career that aligns with your interests and background.Training and development are top priority for all summer interns. Extensive formal training will be offered at the start of the program in addition to on-the-job support, events, and mentorship throughout.
