Apply via Dice today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Corona, CA that is seeking a skilled IT Lead to support a small, hands-on IT team during a period of transition and modernization. This role is critical in maintaining day-to-day IT operations and assisting with system upgrades and legacy replacements.Duties:IT Lead will provide frontline IT support including setup and troubleshooting of laptops, printers, and other hardwareAssist in resolving service desk tickets and general system issuesSupport ongoing efforts to modernize legacy systems, including Microsoft AccessAs an IT Lead, you will collaborate with team members across departments, including shop floor resources and developersContribute to database-related tasks and provide support for SQL and MySQL environmentsREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administrationExperience with SQL and MySQL databases, including basic query writing and data managementFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including Windows OS, Office 365, and AccessStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and legacy system transitionsExperience supporting manufacturing or shop floor environments is a plusKnowledge of CAD/CNC systems or integration with IT infrastructure is a bonusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
