In this role, you will engineer full-stack AI-driven web applications on the C3 AI Platform. You will work directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy production applications, demos, and proofs-of-technology. The ideal candidate will have strategic and analytical skills, software development expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.This role requires US Citizenship. An active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or higher) is preferred.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy full-stack, AI-based enterprise applications on the C3 AI Platform.Engage with customer executives and domain experts to define and design production-ready application demos.Lead a development team and manage individual project deliverables.Mentor junior team members on coding standards and design techniques.Lead design and development reviews of customer software applications.Test, troubleshoot, and enhance customer software applications.Identify application performance bottlenecks and propose optimizations.Drive sales discussions related to architecture and engineering, explaining the C3 AI Platform and its interoperability with existing systems.Deliver technical deep-dives, demonstrations, and customer training.Write application specifications and documentation.Scope new applications and provide level-of-effort estimations as a technical expert.Identify technical risks and gaps; devise mitigation strategies; communicate project status to stakeholders.Collaborate with product management and engineering to improve overall software quality.Lead company-wide improvement efforts impacting all customers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a STEM field or related area.5+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages.Experience leading engineering teams.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.C3 AI offers excellent benefits, competitive compensation, and a generous equity plan.California Base Pay Range: $145,000 — $187,000 USDWe are an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
