Close-knit teams made of talented, curious and authentic people are working together toward a common goal.Together we’re dedicated to making an impact.Sound like you?Join and grow with us.Job DescriptionAct as expert for hospital IT Network implementation of Brainlab productsDevelop site-specific configuration and documentation for customers in terms of IT network integrationSupport the assigned primary contact person in a Customer Consulting project with your expertiseEstablish reliable project timelines for assigned tasks in coordination with project teamsCommunicate working results and changes in timeline to responsible Project Consultants and all affected partiesDrive sales phase with regards to the Digital O.R. product lineTechnical review and assessment of contracts & RFP documentsTechnical review and assessment of security questionnaires for all Brainlab productsProject management to stay within defined quality, budgets, and timePrepare feasible handover to the production and installation teamsInstallation and implementation coordination with the project team, service, and supportMaintain project documentation, schedules & status reportingFinalization and handover of the project documentation to the customerProject close-out and lessons learned feedbackBusiness partner relationship management within area of responsibilityContinuously improve expertise in hospital IT standards, procedures, and clinical workflowsProcess and manage internal improvement projectsRegular reporting to the Director Digital O.R.Work closely with the Brainlab HIPAA / Privacy OfficerAct according to Brainlab’ s SOPs, policies, and QM standardsSalary range 100-120kQualificationsQualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Biomedical or Computer Science, and 4 years’ experience of Healthcare ITExtensive knowledge of computer networking systems, PowerShell, HL7, FHIR, Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Configuration, DICOM Tools and Certificate ManagementExperience with Cybersecurity, Amazon AWS, and WiresharkExperience with IT hardware and software deployment and configurationExceptional interpersonal skills and agility in problem solving and troubleshootingExcellent written and oral communication skillsPossess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative, and creativityExcellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to manage many work streams simultaneouslyProject Management Mindset, taking ownership and driving progress, clear communication to various stakeholders and appropriate use of escalationPreferably experience with leading projects within the healthcare / Hospital environmentAbility to travel up to 10%Additional InformationIn return for the experiences listed above we will provide a business casual environment, competitive compensation package including medical, dental, life, LTD, STD, and matching 401k benefits and much more.Visit us at:Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
